Sunday School

Sunday School is offered for children ages 3 years through 5th grade using special curriculum that emphasizes teaching the way Jesus taught. The children meet in the preschool area each Sunday for the weekly opening.

At 9:30 am, a traditional Sunday School is offered for 3 year old through high school ages.  Sunday school follows the regular school year calendar.

At 11:00 am, KIDS Church is offered in the Morningside Preschool room.  Children experience music, skits, games, Bible stories, and more in this one hour format.

Missions and sharing our love with others is also a vital part of our programs. Christmas gifts for the needy of Sioux City, a Lenten offering for a designated non-profit organization, and weekly offerings are ways we share.

For younger children, a caring nursery is staffed during all worship services.

Kidfriendly Bible Adventure

Kidfriendly Bible Adventure is a midweek program for children ages Kindergarten through 5th grade that meets in the preschool room on Wednesday nights from 6:00 to 7:00 pm during the school year.

Kids experience Jesus through music, games, stories, projects, and more.  Open gym is held from 5:45 pm to 6:00 pm, prior to the start of Kidfriendly.
